Psychological Skills Training Group
The Psychological Skills Training (PST) group is a 6-8 week group program that aims to introduce a variety of evidence-based psychological tools to assist in managing life issues. The program will be facilitated by Van Tester (Psychologist) from Alpha Counselling Services.

H.E.L.P. for Menopause
Menopause may be part of a number of adjustments that women experience at midlife. This period can take place amidst changing family roles, looking after aging parents, thinking about retirement and wondering what she will do with the rest of her life. The Health, Education & Lifestyle Programme for Menopause is a 5 week programme that aims to assist women in managing these changes.

Me~We~U
The group program for making and keeping friends. Me~We~U is the much anticipated follow-up group to the highly successful "Bright Thinking" program from the team at Alpha Counselling Services for young people aged 10-15years of age + younger people aged 8 and 9 years of age (After completing the Bright Thinking Program).
